Synopsis
This is an excerpted diary of the investigative process Susan Rose and I developed as part of the UCLA National Dance/Media Fellowship Program. We started out by working 2 to 3 times per week with the camera, as part of her creative, choreographic process. We set up some problems to solve about framing, space, time and just went from there.
